Jobomschrijving

  • You are responsible for designing, managing and executing the annual marketing plan for the Scandinavian region (Sweden,Denmark,Norway,Finland). You take care of an effective realisation of this plan in all its aspects, keeping in mind the predefined objectives and strategic choices.
  • You take care of reinforcing the brand positioning of our brands Aoste, Campofrio, Fiorucci, as well as other CFG owned brands, based on a thorough knowledge of the local market and its evolution (category insights), the competition, and consumers’ trends & insights.
  • You build a strong relationship with our marketing department inGermany and liaise with them on all marketing aspects (NPD, trade support, consumer support,…). You also liaise with the export departments of the companies of Fiorucci (Italy), Campofrio (Spain), Aoste (France) and Imperial Meat Products (Belgium) and help our local partners (agents, distributors) in their marketing actions.
  • You evaluate the impact and results of the executed actions and promotions and adapt them where necessary throughout the year.
  • You and the Commercial Manager initiate innovation and product development in your category, based on market research, opportunities, knowledge and insights following the growth strategy of the group.
  • You work closely together with and report to the Commercial Manager Scandinavia. Functionally you report to our marketing department in Germany.


Profiel

  • You obtained a Master’s degree, specialisation in Marketing is a plus.
  • You have 3-5 years experience in a brand -or product management position in a retail environment in the FMCG sector. Experience with trade marketing and below-the-line actions in a multinational environment, will be considered a plus. Understanding key triggers for category -and space management can be an important added value.
  • You combine analytical and tactical skills with a sense of synthesis and overview.
  • You are an entrepreneur and are focussed on execution.
  • You enjoy working in a project oriented and pragmatic way.
  • You are an excellent communicator and can function as the single point of contact both internally and externally.
  • You are creative from a marketing point of view and have a critical but positive attitude regarding feedback and changes.
  • You are used to working with Microsoft Office applications.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Swedish and English. Knowledge of Danish, Finnish or any other European language is a plus
